How we work

Every project starts with the problem, not with a list of services.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Clarify

The goal, audience, facts, available data and constraints.

  2. 02

    Recommend

An approach, scope and way of working that fit the task.

  3. 03

    Plan

Once approved, we write the brief and plan and align everyone involved.

  4. 04

    Create

The agreed strategies, concepts, content and execution.

  5. 05

    Check and hand over

Before handover we check the content, format and rights.

  6. 06

    Measure and improve

If the project includes publishing, we agree who runs the channel and how responses inform the next decision.

Duration

How long we work together

We fit the collaboration to the task. After the first conversation we draw up a timeline based on scope, approvals, production deadlines and external dependencies.

Up to three months

A small story, a video, a channel review, content for an event, a limited campaign or a strategy workshop.

Three to twelve months

A larger campaign, a brand launch, a series, a product launch, a UX redesign or a communication system.

A year or more

An ongoing editorial service, internal formats, building reputation or culture, recurring events and branding.

Our commitments

What you can expect from us

  • We will ask what the project needs to change, and for whom.
  • We will tell you if the brief doesn't yet allow a good estimate, or if the request doesn't fit the goal.
  • We will propose a suitable scope and explain what is included, what isn't and what depends on others.
  • We will keep to what we agree on responsibilities, deadlines, approvals and changes.
  • We will deliver quality work within the agreed scope and note any open questions.
  • We will describe results with the data and limits we actually know.

What we won't promise without grounds

  • Guaranteed virality, sales, reach, rankings, media coverage or awards.
  • Legal, financial, technical, environmental or HR expert opinions without the right expert.
  • Exclusive or unlimited rights unless the licence says so.
  • Work by external partners, media buying or tools before cost and availability are checked.
  • A fixed deadline before we know the scope, the approval path and the materials.

First conversation

How to prepare for the first conversation

You don't need answers to everything. The clearer they are, the sooner we can make a sensible proposal.

FAQ

What people ask us most

Do you deliver projects end to end?

Yes, from strategy to delivery

We can connect strategy, concept, planning and delivery. The quote states clearly which tasks we take on, which stay with you and which go to approved external partners.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Yes, gladly

We set out roles and decisions in the brief. Your editorial, creative or production team can join at any stage, and we take on whatever you need.

Do you work for agencies too?

Yes, for production, digital and media teams too

Agencies and production, digital and media teams come to us for creative direction, scripts, editorial plans, filming, design, digital delivery or extra capacity when they need it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the story

A small brand story, such as a single video, is a different project from a full campaign or always-on communication. That is why we price every project individually.

Our chat can show you ballpark figures for different kinds of projects.

Ballpark costs
What is not included in the price?

External costs are shown separately

Our prices exclude VAT. External costs such as printing, licences for fonts, photos and music, AI tools or media buying are not part of our fee. We list them separately in the quote and charge them only after you approve.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds within the approved concept

Our quotes usually include two rounds of revisions within the approved concept. Further changes or work outside the agreed brief are estimated separately, and we tell you in advance.

Who owns the final work?

Rights are set out in the quote

The quote sets out the licence, channels, duration, territory and rights to adapt the work. Copyright passes to you once the work is paid in full, to the extent we agree.

Open files and raw footage are not automatically part of the handover. If you need them, we agree on them separately.

Can you publish our work?

Yes, unless we agree otherwise

We may show the final work and a project description among our case studies, unless we agree otherwise in writing or with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Any restrictions are agreed before work starts.

Do you use AI?

Yes, thoughtfully

We use AI in consulting, writing instructions, production, automation, organising knowledge bases and integrations. We always agree the tools, data, licences and human review with you before we start.

We bring in AI where it improves quality, not instead of judgement.

Do you work in English?

Yes, in Slovenian and English

We work in Slovenian and English, also for international clients.
